How am I allowed to use your music and/or stock aerial videos?
Our content may be used for nearly any project, commercial or otherwise, including feature films, broadcast, commercial, industrial, educational video, print projects, multimedia, games, and the internet, so long as substantial value is added to the content. (For example, incorporating a video clip into a commercial qualifies, while reposting our video clip on YouTube with no modification or incorporation does not.) Once you download a file it is yours to keep and use forever.
How am I NOT allowed to use your music and/or stock aerial videos?
Our content may not be:
- Resold or redistributed as standalone files;
- Used in any work which includes pornography, condones violence, or violates the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
What does Royalty-Free mean?
Royalty-free is a type of license that allows unlimited use of content in media projects, and without having to pay royalty fees.
Where are my files?
Your files are located under the PRODUCT tab as you can see below. The downloads are automatically sent to the email you provide once you place your order. You may need to check your junk/spam folder as well.
How do I download the files?
You simply click on the file and it should begin to download. You will need to use a program like Winrar to extract the files onto your computer. Please make sure each file is fully downloaded before attempting this. If you’re not familiar with this process, just do a quick search online on “extracting files using Winrar” and you will find multiple sources that will give you simple instructions on the process.
What is your return policy?
Since our products are digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once the products have been downloaded. If there is an issue with the download itself, we will manually send a new download link to the email you provide.
